Product Description and Important Information! (Please read carefully)
When you need to remove the nozzle from the zerk fitting, please follow these steps carefully: 1. Loosen the hose or nozzle slightly to release the pressure. 2. Gently pull the nozzle up and down to remove it from the zerk fitting. Do not unscrew the nozzle completely to avoid reassembly.
This issue is common with grease guns, so we recommend purchasing the manual unload couple for added convenience. The pressure inside the grease gun causes the coupler to clamp the zerk fitting tightly, preventing leakage and ensuring smooth pumping of grease. Once the pressure is released, the gun can be easily removed from the zerk fitting.
Important Information! We have two suggestions for when grease is not pumping out: 1. Press the air bleeder valve to release the air. 2. Unscrew the coupler half a turn.
Please note that the Lnchett grease gun can be used with any standard 14 oz grease cartridge.
Air-Release Valve Design Releasing air from the tube is essential. The air-release valve allows air to escape after new grease has been added to the grease gun and pumped into the head. Simply press the valve for easy lubrication.
The Thickened Spring Inside the grease barrel, we have equipped a 2nd generation spring that is more powerful and thicker than the normal spring. This provides superstrong pressure onto the plunger at all times. A strong spring is an important criterion for judging a well-built grease gun.
Reinforced Grease Gun The reinforced steel barrel gives the grease gun a powerful and glossy appearance. The rubber handle provides plenty of leverage for all-day comfort. The heavy-duty plunger helps pump the grease quickly and efficiently.
Insert the Grease Cartridge Tip: Always store your grease cartridge with the cap facing down to prevent air bubbles caused by gravity.
Screw the Head Back on the Cylinder Tip: Tighten the head, then back it off about half a turn to release any trapped air.
Push the Grease In Press the safety lock with your thumb and push the T-handle to the end.
Ready to Lubricate Tips: If you are having trouble pumping the grease, unscrew the head half a turn or more to release the air. Follow this step and try 1-3 times, and the grease will pump successfully.
